HOW TO ORDER WITH FAEREN DESIGN

Browse through our products and collections which can be found on the 'Shop Page' or through the collections at the top of the page.

When you have decided on what you would like to order click on the Add to Cart button below the product.

When you have finished shopping press the 'View Cart' link in the top-right.
Review the products you are about to order then click 'Check Out'

Complete the order form or contact us to arrange alternative payment options.
You will receive an order summary and reference number via email as soon as you have placed your order.
Your order will then be shipped within 48 hours provided the goods are in stock.
We will try our best to keep the web site up to date. If a product becomes unavailable you will be contacted so an alternative decision can be made.

 

WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?

RETURNS POLICY
Your satisfaction is important to us, however, we do not accept returns simply if you have changed your mind.
If goods are faulty, please notify us within 3 days of receipt and state reasons for refund request.
We cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods.
Any goods returned must be in the condition received. Upon agreement, returns are to be sent to:

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Faeren Design aims to process and send your order within 48 hours of receiving it by email.
However, if a product ordered is not in stock, we will notify you by email immediately and advise you of the expected delivery time.

DELIVERY TIMES

For orders within Australia, please allow 3 - 10 working days depending on the destination of the parcel.

 

DELIVERY & BULKY ITEM SURCHARGES

Faeren Design uses Australia Post and Couriers for its local deliveries. Theses are reliable and cost effective services

Bulky item surcharge - we charge extra for bulky items.

Fire pits, sculptures, statues and furniture please contact us for a quote before purchasing on large items.

Freight charge is subject to your postcode and we will quote accordingly.

We use various couriers. All deliveries require signature on delivery.

We respect the personal information you provide us and will not loan or sell your information to others. We use your information to process your order and to provide you with a more personalised service. We may send out special offers, or other information from time to time, however, if you do not wish to receive these please email please contact us at karen@faerendesign.com.au and we will remove you from our mailing list.
